Static View

The Monitor screamed in the static causing all in range to cover their ears.  On the screen the view glitched and static filled every corner like snow.  Her cloaked form rose a hand and 
 
the screen faultered, shutting off suddenly.  
 
You have seen her...
The Devil's Wail....
