Dress up

The answer to me dressing Tengen up in different outfits is because I can and it makes him look pretty. So uh, yeah this kinda happened and the background kinda came afterwards. I was trying for the entertainment district, but I don’t think I got the lighting right enough and should’ve looked up a tutorial or looked at pictures but I didn’t. Oh well, the lighting is decent enough ╮(╯▽╰)╭. I still think Tengen looks pretty so I guess that’s all that matters.
