Undyne the Undying might have one of the best parts of Undertale to me.
I especially loved the part before the fight, how Undyne cared about everyone, even the humans. To save them all.
There wasn't a single moment where I didn't got the chills from watching that part.
After that, she transforms in a more powerful, determinated armor, and unlike the normal fight, she remains silent, deadly serious.
And by every hit, even while it was a ton of damage, she laughed everytime, like she's saying "Is that all you got?"
Everyone relyed on Undyne from that moment, she was the last one that could stop Frisk from becoming overpowered. A true hero.

Sadly though, depending on the players determination, she wouldn't survive it to the end, she might defeat Frisk 10 times in a row, but if she loses once, Frisk wins. That's simply the rule of games.

Overall, I especially loved the speech before the fight, the epic music and the fact that the roles have turned around.
I can surely understand why this is loved so much.
