I decided to redesign a Pokemon that I like:

The molecules of this Pokemon is easily influenced by the weather it is in, allowing Castform to adapt and alter its form. Scientists often use this pokemon to forecast changes in weather, and even predict some natural disasters.

Ability: Forecast - The Pokémon transforms with the weather or terrain to change its type
