-From 2023 onward you are *NO LONGER ALLOWED* to re-post my art or use it as profile pictures and banners (etc.) for online accounts, due to this whole thing with the AI art & literature theft that is now sadly going on. Until this AI theft is completely abolished, re-posting of my art will no longer be allowed. (All of my art that has already been re-posted before 2023 can remain re-posted on those sites - this rule will apply to any of my art that I will post from 2023 onward, since all of my previous art has already been illegally harvested by the AI anyway ...)
-You are not allowed to make profit with my art in any way whatsoever, nor use my art or my literary works in any AI datasets/AI harvesting.
!! I DO NOT CONSENT to having any of my art added to AI datasets, therefore if any of my art pieces or literary works appear in those datasets (and get used by AI/person using that AI for "new creations"), that is called THEFT and I DID NOT CONSENT !!

-You may use my drawings (except for commissioned drawings) in non-commerical videos, as long as you credit me properly in the description.
-You are free to use your commissioned drawings from me in any way you want (except for using them to generate AI art from them), as long as you're not making profit with them in any way, unless you and I have a written agreement about that in place. ---> EDIT: You are not allowed to re-post commissions that you have ordered from me without properly stating that that drawing is not allowed to be harvested by the AI. Preferably only post them on sites that disallow such harvesting in their "Terms of Service".
-You may not share the purchased Gumroad files (including the full resolution drawings) anywhere or with anyone or make profit with them in any way - they are for your personal use only. If you buy full resolution drawings from me in order to make prints for your own personal use (for example to hang them on the walls of your room), that is allowed, but re-selling of my art in any shape or form is strictly forbidden.
-Trolls, spam, and bots in the comments or DMs will be reported and blocked immediately.
